2.User Accounts
Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.
Security
Guard your password carefully. Soccorskill cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with security obligations.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, training methodologies, drills, visual interfaces, and branding are the exclusive property of Soccorskill and its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability
Soccorskill provides professional training advice but is not responsible for physical injuries sustained during drills. You acknowledge that athletic training involves inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soccorskill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soccorskill is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
